How It Works

First steps

To become eligible for the affiliate program, please fill out the application below.

Once your application is approved, I'll send you the official affiliate agreement to sign along with the applicable tax documents. Then you're off to the races.

Commission Structure

I'm a big fan of two things. Simplicity and incentives. This is exactly why I've structured the program in this way.

Earn 50% for the first 10 clients referred.
Earn 60% for every referred client after the first 10

Monthly Payouts

You've got two options for referral payouts: commission payments or partial refunds. Commissions from affiliate sales will be tallied and distributed 30 days after the sale was made and will be paid out via Paypal. Partial refunds will be refunded to the card used for the purchase within a handful of business days.

Proof of Client Referral (Sale attribution)

Once you're accepted into the program you'll be sent a unique link that you'll want to bookmark. Each time you refer a sale, click that link and fill out the simple form. You'll need the HubID of the account you referred. So, have that handy.

Be sure to submit your referrals within 30 days of the purchase to guarantee a payout or partial refund.

Zapier and a ton of zaps will take care of the rest.

Can I purchase your template for my company and get a discount?

LoIf you have already recommended our templates to your clients and are now interested in using the theme for your own website, then great news! Enjoy a 20% discount on the theme as a token of our appreciation.

We're not HubSpot certified. Can we still apply?

Generally speaking, this program is reserved for HubSpot-certified agencies. If you're not currently certified but do specialize in the HubSpot platform and Inbound marketing practices you can still apply. Those applications will be approved on a case-by-case basis.

What if I don't have a PayPal account?

If your company doesn't have a PayPal account, no worries; we've got a solution! Instead of receiving a commission for each referral, you'll receive a partial refund. We'll send the refund directly to the credit card used for the purchase. If your client uses their credit card to buy our templates, the refund will be sent to them. If you purchase our templates using your credit card, the refund will be returned to you. Cool? Cool.

How are theme updates handled?

Updates to the our templates are always free for both you and your clients. This means that when future versions of the our templates are released, you're able to download the latest for no additional cost.

Instead of commission can I have a discount code?

HubSpot doesn't have a feature that would allow me to provide you with a discount code for you or your client to use at purchase. However, I can pass the savings along to you or your client in the form of a partial refund. Simply choose this payment option when you submit your referral, and my team will take care of the rest.

Can we get a commission on our first purchase?

Sorry, but no. In order to be considered for the affiliate program, you must purchase our Themes on behalf of your agency or a client and have experience working with it. Commissions will take effect only after the affiliate agreement has been signed by both parties. You and me. :)

Will I need to pay tax on my affiliate income?

Not in the US? You may be asked to complete a certificate of foreign status (W-8BEN) if you surpass the 600.00 USD payout threshold in one calendar year. Read more on that here.
